Ubique is a small, independent software company in London. We build one product, for one kind of customer: the UK trade business with between one and fifteen vans.
Why trades, and why small.
Most job management software is built for big facilities companies. It has a hundred settings, a six-week onboarding and a sales team. Small trade firms end up on spreadsheets, paper pads and WhatsApp instead, and spend their evenings typing up certificates and chasing invoices.
We started Ubique to build the opposite: an app an engineer can learn on the drive to the first job, that handles the UK-specific paperwork properly, and that costs about the same as a tank of diesel.
We work closely with the engineers who use it. Most of what's in the product today started as a phone call from a customer telling us what got in their way.

Three rules we stick to.
Plain English
No jargon in the app, on invoices or in our emails. If a customer has to ask what a button does, we change the button.
Fair prices, no traps
Prices on the website, monthly billing, no contract and a full export of your data whenever you want it.
Real people on support
Emails are answered by the people who build Ubique, usually the same working day.
Your customers stay yours.
Customer details, property records and certificates belong to your business. We store them on servers in the UK and EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell or share them.
You can export everything at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data after 90 days, or sooner if you ask. Read the full privacy notice.
